Arabian Aramco Total Services partially redeems sukuk
Arabian Aramco Total Services Company has partially redeemed a sukuk.
The company has redeemed 146,996,080 Saudi riyals ($39.2 million) worth of sukuk, representing 3.92% of the sukuk’s original face value, it said in a stock exchange filing on Monday (Dec 23).
The outstanding amount on the sukuk principal is 2,529,682,540 riyals, said the company.
Arabian Aramco Total Services Company is owned by Saudi Aramco Total Refining and Petrochemical (SATORP).
