UAE's Takaful Emarat Insurance CFO resigns
The Chief Financial Officer of UAE's Takaful Emarat Insurance, Wasim Ahmad, has resigned from his position, the company said in an exchange filing dated October 8.
This comes after the insurer's CEO, Fadi Jawdat Hindi, resigned in August and Managing Director Mohammad Al Hawari left effective September 23. Al Hawari remains a non-executive board member.
Wael Al Sharif was named the new CEO in a filing with the Dubai Financial Market on September 26. The appointment is pending regulatory approval.
