Whatshalal expands halal food delivery services with strategic acquisition of Halalonclick
WhatsHalal Singapore Pte Ltd (WhatsHalal), today announced that the company will continue its commitment to serve the Muslims community through the acquisition of the oldest serving Halal food delivery company, HalalOnClick.
WhatsHalal, a mobile Halal food delivery service company in its bigger mission to Harmonise the Halal industry worldwide through blockchain technology, is confident that this acquisition will improve the overall operational matters of the service while ensuring that the Halal status of the products are uncompromised throughout the delivery process.
According to Azman Tan, the Chief Executive Officer of WhatsHalal, the acquisition of HalalOnClick represents a significant strategic investment in WhatsHalal’s consumer outreach, “Both companies share numerous common unique attributes.
