Bangladesh e-commerce Evaly enters travel industry with acquisition of 'Flight Expert'
Published 29 May,2021 via The Financial Express - E-commerce platform Evaly is set to enter the business of the travel industry. They have acquired Flight Expert- the market leader in the industry of Bangladeshi travel agencies.
Flight Expert is conducting operations all over the world. The company has more than 50 employees in its Dhaka and Chittagong office. It has more than 500 airlines and more than 900,000 hotels and resorts in the domestic and international markets.
Though it couldn't be verified how much Evaly invested in Flight Expert, sources said it was valued at more than $5.0 million by third party valuation process.
