Central Bank of Bahrain Sukuk Al-Salam Securities oversubscribed
Published 16 Mar,2021 via bizbahrain - The Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) announces that the monthly issue of the Sukuk Al-Salam Islamic securities, has been oversubscribed by 686%.
Subscriptions worth BD 294.949 million were received for the BD 43 million issue, which carries a maturity of 91 days.
The expected return on the issue, which begins on 17th March 2021 and matures on 16th June 2021, is 1.44% compared to 2.00% of the previous issue on 17th February 2021.
