Dubai Chamber sets up new restaurants organisation to help businesses tackle pandemic downturn


The Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry has established the Restaurants Business Group to support the sector amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Dubai Chamber president and CEO Hamad Buamim said the group will play an essential role in addressing common issues and help industry players navigate new challenges to adapt to the new normal,according to a statement at the end of July.

The non-profit body will be chaired by owner of hospitality franchising company The Tashas Group, Mubarak Bin Fahad.
