Passenger arrivals in Oman dropped 75 per cent in 2020
Published 24 Feb,2021 via Muscat Daily - Passengers arriving in Oman dropped 75 per cent in 2020, while departures fell 73 per cent, according to the National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI).
An NCSI report took into account arrivals and departures through all airports till the end of December 2020, compared to the same period in 2019.
The report added that 39,353 flights landed and departed from Muscat, Salalah, Duqm and Sohar airports in 2020 tillthe end of December, carrying a total of 4,565,676 passengers (arrival, departure and transit).
