Central Bank of Oman to inaugurate the First Islamic Fintech forum in the Sultanate
On June 26th, Elmangos is organizing Oman’s 1st Islamic FinTech Forum that will be inaugurated by the Central Bank of Oman, and supported by e-Oman and the Sultanate of Oman Information Technology Authority under the theme of “Embracing Digital Transformation”.
OiFF2019 will bring together Islamic finance and Fintech experts from Oman and around the world in addition to a strong presence from the Regulator and the local Islamic Banks. The welcoming remarks will be delivered by Dr. Qais Issa Mohammed Al Yahyai, the Executive Vice President of the Central Bank of Oman.
OiFF2019 will highlight the potential of financial technology in developing the Islamic finance sector and improving financial inclusion. The forum will provide the platform for institutions to showcase their experience and success stories. It will also facilitate business exchange and collaboration opportunities between key stakeholders for the development of the industry in Oman.
