Malaysia’s Securities Commission releases updated list of Shariah-compliant securities
Malaysia's Securities Commission today released an updated list of Shariah-compliant securities approved by its Shariah Advisory Council.
The updated list holds a total of 667 Shariah-compliant securities, which is 74 percent of the total 901 listed securities on Bursa Malaysia.
The updated list includes 35 newly-classified Shariah-compliant securities and drops 39 from the last update in May this year.
