Saudi’s Almunajem Foods expands distribution partnership with Brazil’s Seara

Almunajem Foods will distribute more of Seara’s products in Saudi Arabia, the Riyadh-based company said in a statement on Sunday (April 11).

The Saudi company said its expanded agreement with Seara includes the distribution of whole chicken grillers, chicken parts, and other processed product ranges.

Almunajem imports and distributes different food brands in Saudi Arabia. It also processes and sells its own meat and poultry brands, and localises the production of French poultry brand Doux.

Seara is a subsidiary of Brazil’s JBS, the world’s largest meatpacker.

Almunajem currently imports more than 250,000 MT per year of over 700 SKUs from over 60 international food producers, it says on its website. It serves over 22,000 customer outlets including retail, food services and wholesale channels.
