By 2029, that figure is projected to reach $2.06 trillion, representing annual growth of 6.2%. These figures measure total Muslim consumer spending on food and beverages rather than the value of products specifically certified as halal.
But the countries with the biggest consumer markets are not necessarily those with the strongest halal food ecosystems.
